This policy explains what information TheBusinessAILab collects when you pre-order or use our course, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain — no surprises.

01 Information we collect

We only collect what we need to sell you the course and deliver it:

• Account & order details — your name and email address when you pre-order or join the waitlist.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number (see Payments).
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site and course are used (pages viewed, lessons completed).
• Anything you send us — messages, support requests, and community posts you choose to share.

02 How we use it

• To process your pre-order and give you access to the course when it launches.
• To send your receipt, launch updates, and important account notices.
• To improve the course and the website based on aggregate, non-identifying usage.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.

03 Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). Your card details are sent directly to them over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details (for example, the last four digits and card brand) needed for your receipt and refunds.

04 Who we share with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Payment processor — to take payment and issue refunds.
• Email & course platform — to deliver receipts, updates, and lessons.
• Analytics provider — to understand site usage in aggregate.
• Legal & safety — if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and may only use your data to provide their service to us.

05 Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working (for example, remembering your session) and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as well if you do.

06 Data retention

We keep your order and account data for as long as you have access to the course, and for as long afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.

08 Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, reputable processors, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you if something goes wrong.

09 Children

TheBusinessAILab is intended for adults running or starting a business. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the site or course after an update means you accept the revised policy.
