We want you to pre-order with zero risk. If the course isn't right for you, you get your money back. Here's exactly how that works.

The short version: a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Email us, and we'll refund your payment in full — no hoops, no awkward survey.

01 The 30-day guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the course for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of the date you gain access and we'll return what you paid, in full. You don't need to explain why.

02 Pre-order refunds

Because pre-orders are charged before the course opens, you're covered both before and after launch:

  • Before launch. Change your mind any time before the course opens and we'll refund you in full, no time limit.
  • After launch. Your 30-day guarantee window starts on the day you receive access, so you have a full month to try the real thing.
  • If we don't ship. In the unlikely event we cancel the course, every pre-order is refunded automatically — you don't need to ask.

03 How to request a refund

  1. Email refunds@thebusinessailab.com from the address you used to order.
  2. Include your name and, if you have it, your order or receipt number.
  3. That's it — there's no form to fill out and no call to sit through.

04 Timing & method

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.

05 After a refund

When a refund is issued, your access to the course and founder community ends, and any founder-price guarantee tied to that order is released. You're always welcome to join again later at the price available then.

06 Exceptions

To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, we may decline a refund where there's clear evidence of abuse — for example, requesting a refund after downloading and redistributing the full course materials, or repeatedly buying and refunding. These cases are rare, and we'll always talk with you first.
