Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and TheBusinessAILab when you pre-order or use our course. By placing a pre-order or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them — they're written to be understandable.

01 Agreement

By accessing the site, joining the waitlist, or placing a pre-order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you can enter into this agreement. If you're using TheBusinessAILab on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

02 Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves your place in the course at the founder price and is charged at the time of purchase.

• Founder price. The discounted price applies to the limited number of founder spots advertised at checkout. After those spots are gone, or at launch, the standard price applies.
• Launch timing. The course is expected to open on June 26, 2026. Dates are estimates and may shift; we'll keep you informed by email.
• If we cancel. If we don't release the course, your pre-order will be refunded in full.
• Refunds. Pre-orders are also covered by our money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

03 Course access

Once the course launches, you'll receive access using the email tied to your order. "Lifetime access," where offered, means access for as long as we operate the course; it does not mean perpetual access regardless of circumstances. We may update, re-record, or reorganize lessons over time.

04 Your license

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course videos, templates, and materials for your own use and for building websites for your own business or clients. You may use the prompt templates and checklists in your work freely. You may not resell, share logins, redistribute, or republish the course content itself.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or publicly post the course videos or paid materials.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or account limits.
• Disrupt the site, community, or other users, or post unlawful or abusive content.
• Use the materials to create a competing course or to mislead others.

06 Intellectual property

All course content — videos, written lessons, templates, branding, and the site itself — is owned by TheBusinessAILab and protected by intellectual-property laws. The website you build using the course is yours; the course materials remain ours.

07 Third-party tools

The course teaches you to use third-party tools, including Claude by Anthropic. Those tools have their own terms, pricing, and availability, which you are responsible for following. We don't control them and aren't responsible for changes they make. TheBusinessAILab is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.

08 Disclaimers

The course is educational. We share methods and templates that work well for us and our students, but we can't guarantee specific results — your outcome depends on your effort, your business, and the tools you use. The course and site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBusinessAILab and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or site. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

10 Termination

You may stop using the course at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms — for example, by sharing paid content. If we end your access for a reason that isn't your breach, we'll provide a fair, pro-rated refund where appropriate.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the course and business evolve. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the site or course after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless local consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
